Fees

The registration fee in Euros includes conference materials, lunches, coffee/tea and refreshments. It excludes symposium dinner.

You will receive an invoice upon receipt of your registration. Please note that your registration is final after receipt of payment. It will also be possible to pay by credit card during registration at the conference registration desk.

The symposium secretariat must be informed of any cancellations or changes in delegate names, in writing by letter or fax. For cancellations received before 15 April all fees, less than Euro 40 in administration costs, will be reimbursed. After this date, the full registration fee will be charged. Refunds will be made after the symposium.

For people who already registered but didn't pay yet:

Step 1. Print out the bank transfer information (.pdf) or the credit card payment form (.doc)

Step 2. Pay your fees by bank transfer or fax/send the credit card payment form.

After registration you can again log in - by using the registration number and password given in the automatic reply after your first electronical registration - to edit your registered address data and to edit or add an(other) abstract (max. 2 abstracts). The two last abstract titles + files that you upload are stored in our system.
